David has an extensive history in the medical field. He worked for several years working in Surgical Pathology, serving a large department with several providers. He has worked in numerous positions including Specimen Processing, Phlebotomy, and Surgical Pathology. He holds a BS degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University (Go Devils!). He is a stellar problem solver, and he enjoys helping people work through complicated processes and systems. David has held many leadership positions throughout his career and is deeply passionate about serving his patients and colleagues. He always strives to make those around him smile and look at the world as a “glass half full” type of mentality.
When he is not helping save lives at the office, David enjoys camping, hiking, playing video games with his 10-year-old son Kaleb and taking his 14-year-old Labrador retriever (Tessa) on walks around the community. David also enjoys watching his local AZ sports teams dominate in their respected fields and loves to take his son to as many sporting events as he can throughout the year. David is a native Hawaiian so naturally, he enjoys “sampling” a variety of delicious cuisines and spending as much time with his friends and family as he can.
