Jim Penner

Jim has many years of experience in team-building and team-management and growth. He is experienced in all aspects of Human Resources, organizational safety, OSHA, and office safety. He plans to incorporate team-building strategies at every opportunity. He understands that adults are able to find ways to do their job when given the job to do. Jim has confidence in our team, and he is a stellar motivator with both individual growth and corporate growth strategies. Jim understands and believes in people, and he has a big Canadian smile and a kind word for anybody.

In his time away from the office, he enjoys teaching firearms safety, exploring the state, road trips with his wife, and outdoor photography. He also enjoys reading about Arizona, desert birds, desert wildlife, and firearms safety.
